Headed to a benefit dinner/concert for my mom’s work. Got a cute dress and shoes. I love going to events in downtown Dallas!

Watching Bridget Jones….
When I’m at home, I understand Bridget so much better. ”ALL BY MYSELF…” Yep. Let’s assess right now. When I’m home, I spend 90% of my time alone.
My sister wants nothing to do with being home. She ruined Christmas (wish I had a post to link you to), and made my mom cry at least four times today. MOTHER’S DAY. She is so stinking selfish. Told my mom she was going to a friend’s house because my mother was “boring her.”
And my mom works. It’s not her fault. She needs to work, and she loves her job. There is nothing wrong with it, in fact, quite the opposite. I am so thrilled that she has found something that she loves and is good at. I love that woman! But she also has like a 9 pm bedtime, which means she is currently going to sleep.
Where is my bottle of wine when I need it?
Get me back to school!
